Liat Air (formerly LIAT 2020 Limited) is a low-cost airline operating flights throughout the Caribbean. The airline is based in Antigua and Barbuda and began operations on 6 August 2024. Liat Air is a joint venture between the Government of Antigua and Barbuda working with Air Peace.
The airline launched after its predecessor LIAT (1974) Corporation went into liquidation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Liat Air rebranded from LIAT 2020 to Liat Air in July 2025.
Liat Air's full unabbreviated name is Leewards Islands Air Transport Services.

Families wanting to sit together should arrive early to secure adjacent seats. Report to the Liat Air check-in counters as soon as you arrive. Passengers who miss the check-in deadline may be refused boarding.
Liat Air offers Economy Class on all flights. Passengers can choose from various ticket upgrades when booking.
Economy Class is the only cabin option available on Liat Air flights. The airline's trained cabin crew provide safe and comfortable service throughout your journey. On longer flights, passengers can purchase light snacks and soft drinks from the menu.
Liat Air Economy Class seats are arranged in a 2 x 2 configuration. Each seat offers approximately 17 inches of width and 30 inches of space between your seat and the one in front.
Liat Air has specific baggage rules for cabin and checked luggage.
Passengers can bring one cabin bag weighing up to 7kg. The bag must not exceed dimensions of 45 x 33 x 20cm. You can also bring a small personal item like a handbag, book, backpack or coat.
The free checked baggage allowance on all Liat Air flights is 1 piece weighing up to 23kg. This bag must not exceed maximum combined dimensions of 157cm (length + width + height). Infants travelling as part of an adult booking do not receive a free baggage allowance.
Liat Air operates short-haul flights within the Caribbean. The airline does not provide entertainment systems or screens on board.
Liat Air aircraft do not currently offer onboard WiFi.
Liat Air flights are short duration, so complimentary meal service is not included in the ticket price. Some flights offer the option to purchase snacks and drinks. Passengers can bring their own food on board if it complies with regulations.
On select routes, Liat Air passengers can buy hot drinks, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages from the in-flight menu.
Liat Air provides limited special services for passengers with specific needs.
Liat Air offers an unaccompanied minor service for children flying without an adult.
